Restauracja Celestin is the family’s own table at the Celestin Residence — traditional Polish recipes in a modern take: seasonal ingredients, carefully chosen wines, and an exceptional atmosphere in the very heart of Gdańsk. The menu changes with the day, in Polish and English alike.
The Residence itself is our own hotel in Gdańsk’s Old Town — a historic merchant house on Straganiarska whose lineage reaches to the 16th century, 38 metres from St John’s. Its 32 rooms are the family’s own, a short walk from the quay and the Crane yet set back from the busiest stretch.
