Can I book online yet, or do I enquire?
For now, booking works by enquiry: write to us by email or WhatsApp and we'll arrange your stay with you directly — dates, rates and the small details, all confirmed personally.
How does check-in work, and how do I get the keys?
We like to greet our guests, so we'll agree the exact check-in and key arrangements with you before you arrive — including a plan for late or early arrivals. Just tell us your travel times when you book and we'll sort the rest.
What's included in an apartment stay?
A whole apartment to yourself, with fresh linens and towels and the everyday practicalities you'd expect in a private home — plus the care of a hosted stay. When you enquire, we'll send you the exact inventory and amenities for the home you've picked.
Who looks after the linens and cleaning?
We do — properly. In Gdańsk, Maya runs its own laundry, so the linens and towels you arrive to were cleaned and pressed by us, to our standard. In Athens, our local team looks after the homes to the same standard. Staying longer? We'll arrange refresh cleans on a rhythm that suits you — just ask.
Do you welcome longer stays?
Yes, gladly. A week, a month, a season between cities — longer stays are some of our favourites. Send us your dates and we'll quote you a fair rate for the length you have in mind.
Where exactly are your Gdańsk homes, and how do I get around?
Our Gdańsk apartments are right in the heart of the city — around the Long Market and Główne Miasto, and on Granary Island, the restored red-brick waterfront across the Motława. From Lech Wałęsa Airport, the train or bus gets you to the centre in about 25–30 minutes. Once you're here, the old town is best on foot, with trams for everywhere else.
And in Athens — how central are you, and how do I arrive?
Our Athens homes are in the central, walkable part of the city — each home's page lists its own area, and we'll confirm the exact address when you book. From the airport, Metro Line 3 runs straight to the centre — about 40 minutes to Syntagma.
Can you help with restaurants, tickets, and getting our bearings?
Gladly — it's the part we love. We're the family on the ground in both cities, so ask us for the table worth booking or the quiet hour at the Acropolis. Message us on WhatsApp before or during your stay and you'll get answers from locals, not a call centre.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — we're dog-friendly, and we love a four-legged guest. Some homes suit them better than others, so do mention your companion when you write and we'll tell you honestly how each one works for a dog.
What about cancellations and changes?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in — no fee, no questions. Inside that window, write to us: we confirm the details of every stay personally, and we'd always rather talk it through than hide behind fine print.
