Our Athens homes are booked and paid online: choose your dates on the home's page and press Book now — it opens our booking page, where you see the full total, with cleaning fee and tax, before you pay. Free cancellation until 30 days before check-in; after that, nothing is refunded. Online booking for our Gdańsk homes opens soon.

We like to greet our guests, so we'll agree the exact check-in and key arrangements with you before you arrive — including a plan for late or early arrivals. Just tell us your travel times when you book and we'll sort the rest.

A whole apartment to yourself, with fresh linens and towels and the everyday practicalities you'd expect in a private home — plus the care of a hosted stay. Each home's page lists what it has, and once you've booked we'll send you the exact inventory and amenities for the home you've picked.

We do — properly. In Gdańsk, Maya's Residence runs its own laundry, so the linens and towels you arrive to were cleaned and pressed by us, to our standard. In Athens, our local team looks after the homes to the same standard. Staying longer? We'll arrange refresh cleans on a rhythm that suits you — just ask.

Most of our Gdańsk apartments are right in the heart of the city — on and around streets like Długa, Piwna, Chlebnicka, Ogarna and Szafarnia, near the Long Market and Główne Miasto, and on Granary Island, the restored red-brick waterfront across the Motława — with a few further out, including our "Sea View" pair at Letnica. The homes themselves run from doubles to family apartments that sleep up to nine. From Lech Wałęsa Airport, the train or bus gets you to the centre in about 25–30 minutes. Once you're here, the old town is best on foot, with trams for everywhere else.

Our Athens homes are in the central, walkable part of the city — each home's page lists its own area, and we'll confirm the exact address when you book. From the airport, Metro Line 3 runs straight to the centre — about 40 minutes to Syntagma.

Gladly — it's the part we love. We're the family on the ground in both cities, so ask us for the table worth booking or the quiet hour at the Acropolis. Message us on WhatsApp before or during your stay and you'll get answers from locals, not a call centre.

Yes — we're dog-friendly, and we love a four-legged guest. Some homes suit them better than others, so do mention your companion in the note when you book and we'll tell you honestly how the home works for a dog.

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in, with a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, or don't arrive, you pay the full price and nothing is refunded — so a booking made less than 30 days before check-in can't be refunded. To cancel, write to us by email or WhatsApp and we make the refund ourselves, to the card you paid with.
