Restauracja Celestin is the family’s own table at the Celestin Residence — traditional Polish recipes in a modern take: seasonal ingredients, carefully chosen wines, and an exceptional atmosphere in the very heart of Gdańsk. The menu changes with the day, in Polish and English alike.

The Residence itself is our own hotel in Gdańsk’s Old Town — a historic merchant house on Straganiarska whose lineage reaches to the 16th century, in the shadow of St John’s. The same family that keeps your keys keeps its 32 rooms, a short walk from the quay and the Crane yet set back from the busiest stretch.

The sea is a short tram ride from the old town, and at seven in the morning you’ll have it almost to yourself. Ask us which coffee kiosk opens early.
