Every good stay begins with a dull, well-managed hour. Here is ours, city by city — kept short on purpose, because the first hour is not the part of the trip you should remember.
Gdańsk
From Lech Wałęsa Airport, the train or the bus reaches the city centre in about 25–30 minutes. Once you're in, the old town is best walked — it was built for feet, not wheels — and the trams take you everywhere else, including out to the Brzeźno seaside.
Athens
From the airport, Metro Line 3 runs to the centre — Syntagma in about 40 minutes. Central Athens, like old Gdańsk, then rewards walking; the sights ring the Acropolis and adjoin one another closely enough that a taxi is rarely the better idea.
The one thing to tell us
Your travel times. We like to greet our guests, and we confirm the exact check-in and key arrangements with you before you arrive — including a plan for late or early arrivals. A flight number and a landing time are all we need to make the first hour effortless.
Arrive as a guest, not as a parcel.
Anything else — a pharmacy, a SIM card, where to eat when you land hungry at ten — write to us on email or WhatsApp and a person who knows the city will answer. It is the part of the work we genuinely enjoy.
