Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization: A refundable hold of 800–1,500 PLN may be placed on your card before arrival to cover incidentals.
Your bank will release the funds within 5–10 business days after checkout.
Cancel ≥ 14 days before arrival: Full refund (100%).
Cancel < 14 days before arrival: 20% refund of total booking value (80% cancellation fee).
No-show: Non-refundable.
Refunds: Processed within 7–14 business days to your bank account or card.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available when possible. Please coordinate in advance — we do not charge extra fees for this service.
Guest ID: A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for the lead guest (and all adults, if requested).

Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation. Extra guests require prior approval.
No Smoking: Inside apartments (designated outdoor areas only).
Quiet Hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
Pets: Welcome in select apartments with prior approval. Please confirm size, breed, and vaccination status.
Parties & Events: Allowed only with prior approval. Must respect building regulations and quiet hours.
Respect Your Neighbors: Keep common areas tidy and maintain reasonable noise levels.
Confirm at least 48 hours before arrival.
Keep pets leashed in common areas and off furniture/bed linen.
Pets should not be left unattended unless safely crated.
Guests are responsible for any damages, cleaning, or disturbances caused by pets.
Must be requested in advance with details of size, timing, and purpose.
Respect building limits (quiet hours, occupancy).
No disruptive behavior or excessive noise.
Additional cleaning or damages from events will be billed at cost.
The lead guest is responsible for the apartment during the stay.
Please report damages immediately so we can address them quickly.
Charges only apply for actual repair/replacement costs or extra cleaning beyond normal use (e.g., smoke, heavy stains, glitter/confetti, pet hair).

Lost key/fob: 150–400 PLN (building dependent)
Locksmith call-out (guest error): 250–500 PLN
Extra cleaning (if needed): 200–600 PLN
Maya Flats staff may enter the apartment only when necessary (maintenance, emergencies, or safety concerns).
Safety devices (e.g., smoke detectors, fire doors) must not be tampered with.
Apartments are professionally cleaned after each stay.
Extra cleaning or linen changes are available on request.
Items are stored for 14 days.
We can return items upon request — shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.
Unused nights are non-refundable once the stay has begun.
In rare cases of unavailability, Maya Flats will provide a comparable or upgraded apartment or offer a refund for unused nights.
